Is a new confirmation sent after making changes?
Yes. After any updates made to details such as flight number, hotel, date, or time are processed in the system, a confirmation document containing the new information will be sent to you.
Can I change my transfer date?
If your holiday date changes, you can inform our customer service and move your transfer booking date forward or backward depending on availability.
What happens in case of a last-minute cancellation?
For cancellations made very close to the transfer time (if the limit time in our cancellation policy is exceeded), a certain deduction may be applied, or a refund may not be issued. Details are in our cancellation terms.
How can I cancel my transfer booking?
You can quickly cancel your booking by contacting our customer service. According to our policy, cancellations made up to a certain time before your transfer are free of charge.
Can I change my transfer time?
Yes. If there is a change in your plans, you can update your transfer time subject to availability by informing our operations team.
Can I update my flight number later?
Yes, if your flight changes or if you entered your flight code incorrectly, you can contact us before the transfer to have the information corrected. This is important for a proper meet and greet.
Can I change my hotel details?
Yes, if your holiday plans change, you can update your route by informing our operations team of the address of your new hotel. A price difference may apply depending on the change of region.
