Is credit card payment safe?
Yes. All payment transactions on our website are carried out 100% securely through infrastructures with international security standards (SSL certificate and 3D Secure).
Can I pay the transfer fee to the driver?
Yes, customers who do not wish to pay online can pay the full amount in cash to the driver when they get in the vehicle on the day of the transfer.
How is the refund processed if the booking is canceled?
For cancellations made on time within our cancellation policy, the amount you paid is refunded in full to the credit card or bank account you used for payment.
How long does the refund process take?
Once the refund is approved by us, it may generally take between 3 to 7 business days for the payment to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
What should I do if I get an error during payment?
If you encounter a problem during the payment process, contact our customer support line without refreshing the page. Your booking can be completed with a different card or the option to pay in the vehicle.
