In private transfers, our vehicles drop you off right at the main entrance of your hotel, villa, or apartment. In pedestrianized areas closed to physical vehicle traffic, drop-off is made at the closest possible point.
How many stops does a shuttle transfer make?
The number of stops varies depending on the different hotels where the passengers in the vehicle will be dropped off. Depending on the capacity of the vehicle and the density of hotels in the relevant area, it is normal to make multiple stops during the transfer.
Why can the shuttle transfer duration vary?
Your arrival time may be longer compared to a standard private transfer due to other passengers' flight delays, waiting for luggage, stops at other hotels along the route, and traffic density.

The transfer duration can vary based on traffic density, flight schedules, passenger distribution, hotel locations, and seasonal operational volume. In the Express Shuttle service, the route is optimized as much as possible.
What is the difference between Express Shuttle and private transfer?
Express Shuttle is a shared transfer service, and there may be other passengers in the vehicle. In a private transfer, the vehicle is allocated exclusively to you. While Express Shuttle offers an economical and fast shared option, a private transfer is the fastest and most personalized service.
Will my driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. Your flight details are tracked by the operations team. In case of a delay, the meet and greet and vehicle scheduling are updated according to the new landing time.
What should I do if my luggage is delayed?
If you experience a delay in baggage claim, you should inform the operations team as soon as possible. This way, the driver and the meet and greet team can be informed about the situation.
How many suitcases can I take in the transfer vehicle?
The number of suitcases you can take depends on the capacity of the vehicle you choose. The maximum recommended luggage and hand baggage capacity for each vehicle type is clearly stated on the booking page.
Can a golf bag be transported in transfer vehicles?
Yes, sports equipment such as a golf bag can be transported in our minivans or minibuses with adequate capacity. It is important to add this information as a note during booking to avoid any issues.
Can a bicycle be transported in transfer vehicles?
Yes, your bicycle can be transported in our minibuses with large luggage capacity, provided it is packed in a suitable case or box. It is mandatory to notify us during the booking stage to ensure the correct vehicle is arranged.
What should I do if I have excess luggage?
If you will have more luggage than the standard capacity of the vehicle you selected during booking, please choose a larger vehicle or let us know in the notes section. Exceeding capacity may require an additional fee or a second vehicle.
Can sports equipment be transported in transfer vehicles?
Surfboards, diving equipment, and other large sporting goods can be transported in our minivans and minibuses. It must be specified during booking so that a transfer vehicle suitable for the dimensions can be selected.
Can a foldable wheelchair be transported?
Yes. Foldable wheelchairs can be transported free of charge in our vehicles by being included in the standard luggage capacity. It is recommended to choose our minivan vehicles for ample space.
How is luggage capacity determined?
Luggage capacity is calculated according to international standards (one large suitcase and one hand luggage per person) and the physical luggage volume of the vehicle. The capacity icon in the vehicle types section is a guide.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your flights are monitored in real-time via radar by our operations team. In case of flight delays or early landings, the waiting time of your vehicle at the airport is updated according to your new landing time, and no extra fee is charged.
What should I do if my flight number changes?
If your flight is changed by the airline or a new flight number is assigned, you must inform our customer service about this before the transfer. If the flight number is incorrect, your flight cannot be tracked on the radar.
What should I do if my luggage is lost?
If your luggage is lost or does not come out at the airport, you should apply to the lost property office inside. Since this process will take time, do not forget to inform our operations team to alert your driver waiting outside.
Will the vehicle wait if passport control takes a long time?
Yes, considering passport control, visa procedures, or baggage waiting times after your flight lands, our drivers wait for you at the airport for a reasonable period.
Is the transfer service available for night landings?
As long as booked in advance, our airport transfer service is provided 24/7 without interruption for night landings, early morning hours, or public holidays.
Are domestic and international meet and greet processes different?
Domestic and international terminals are separate at Antalya Airport. Our drivers will wait for you at the exit door of the correct terminal belonging to your flight number with a name board.
How is flight tracking done?
Using the flight number you provide during booking, your flight's position, departure, and estimated landing time are tracked live via global flight tracking systems (radar).
What should I do if I cannot find my hotel?
During booking, the clear address and location link of your hotel or destination are sent to our operations team. Our drivers will reach your destination accurately using navigation systems.
Is transfer service provided to Airbnb addresses?
Yes, we provide direct door-to-door transfer service not only to hotels but also to Airbnb homes, daily rental apartments, and any private open address you specify.
Do you offer villa transfer services?
Yes, we offer transfer services to private holiday villas in tourist regions. When you share your villa with us via location services (map coordinates), our driver will directly reach the entrance gate.
Can transfers be made to apart-hotels?
Of course. In addition to all-inclusive concept hotels, airport transportation services are provided seamlessly to city boutique hotels, apart-hotels, and guesthouses.
